Rowanston On The Track
Our award-winning Riesling is a refreshing, dry, clean wine true to its variety. We produce a Riesling that is wonderfully refreshing and acidic to drink when new, but it also improves a little each year. This Riesling has lovely intense aromas of lime and lemon zest with lingering flavours of white nectarine and crisp apple.
Rowanston produces low yields of Riesling in Australia's coolest wine region on the famous Burke & Wills Track.

The Riesling was hand-picked, de-stemmed and, the fruit was then whole bunch pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tank.
The 2018 Vintage season had average Winter and Spring rain, then a wet January (twice average) that required strict disease control. February was dry and, through to the end of vintage, had perfect sunny weather (no sunburn issues).
