This delicate, refreshing Sparkling White made from Pinot Noir grapes has been naturally fermented on lees for at least twelve months. Blanc de Noir is produced by quickly removing the skins from the juice after black grapes have been pressed to prevent them from colouring the wine. This classic bubbly wine has lovely floral and citrus flavours, with a long, soft, lingering creamy texture.

A blend of Pinot Noir 2015 vintage and older. Whole bunch-pressed and made using the Méthode Traditionelle with a minimum of twelve months on lees.
