A fruity bubbly with a subtle dry finish made from Merlot and Shiraz. Fermented in open vats, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle in the traditional manner. This wine will complement any cuisine and is best served icy cold. For those who enjoy a red bubbly – you are in for a treat.
